Oakley's Port of North Little Rock is located on the Arkansas River at Mile 116 between Memphis and Fort Smith with easy access to Interstate's 30, 40 and 440. The Port services many customers throughout North America and worldwide.
Oakley's Port of North Little Rock is equipped to handle the needs for any size customer. The Port is capable of working 3 barges simultaneously, has handling capacities that includes conveyor, truck to barge, barge to truck, rail to truck, and barge to barge with crane capacities to 100 tons.
Our North LIttle Rock port can handle products such as dry bulk, fertilizer, grain, steel, scrap, logs, and general cargo. Storage space is ample with 30 acres available as well as the capability to store 1.5 million bushels of grain and 26,000 tons of fertilizer, and more.

A news TransLoad facility built in 2007 has three new rail spurs designed to transfer bulk products such as fertilizer, grain, and other general cargo. In addition, Oakley has rail transport with service through UP and BNSF rail.
Oakley's connections include barge lines, dump and pneumatic truck fleet (switch boats are also available).
In addition, Oakley NLR has a wash bay facility which is capable of cleaning all types of tractors and trailers. The Oakley Washbay crew thoroughly cleans and inspects everything that comes through the wash facility. Allan Clary is the wash facility manager.
