Pay Rate Information

Current Week Pay Package Up To $1.72 (includes Fuel Surcharge Pay)

In addition:
 Earn $0.05 per Loaded Mile Bonus Annually
  • Every Owner/Operator leased to Oakley Trucking earns a 5 cent bonus on all loaded miles annually
  • This bonus is calculated annually based on your anniversary date
Oakley Contractor Requirements
  • A $1,500 escrow account balance which will be deducted from your checks at a rate of $100 per week for 15 weeks.
  • One time fee of $10 for MVR's on all drivers
  • Must be clean shaven and hair must be above the collar
  • Tractor cannot be more than five (5) years old
  • If a tractor is more than 5 years old, it must be approved by the recruiting department.
  • Owner operators must have two (2) years OTR experience and be a least 23 years of age.
  • Occupational accident insurance is required to be maintained by each Owner operators.  We offer a plan that can be deducted from your weekly settlement.
  • Tractor must weigh no more than 19,800 lbs full of fuel.
  • Tractor must be equipped with a right front spot mirror
